When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up? Is it anything like what you're doing now?

I wanted to be a professional bass player. I got really into music and have even done some recording. Looking back, I can see that what I do is a lot like being in a band. You have to show up, work hard, collaborate, and it works best when you're relaxed and bringing creativity to your work. That's basically what I do now!

What topic - completely outside your field - fascinates you and could keep you talking for hours?

Bikes. Over the last few years I've gotten more and more into a bicycle rabbit-hole and I'm loving it. Working on them and upgrading them is almost as much fun as actually riding them.

What's the one thing on your bucket list you're most serious about actually doing?

I want to ride a bike coast to coast across the United States. For some reason that has always sounded like a great way to spend a summer exploring and simplifying life down to just riding a bike.

What's one gadget you can't live without?

Embarrassingly, it's AirPods. :) I love good podcasts and audiobooks — I always have to be listening to something when I'm mowing or at the gym.

What feature of our product makes it easiest for you to recommend it?

It's really the people behind the product that make it easy for me to recommend it.

Sure, we have best-in-class security and governance and amazing depth in configurability so you can really create whatever you want, but it's the culture of problem solving that allows our customers to bring their most difficult challenges to us. I'm so impressed by our team's willingness to roll up their sleeves and do what it takes to solve the client's challenge.

Why should someone join the Druid team?

They'll get the opportunity to touch so much of the market with a really cutting-edge technology.

Druid supports all phases of the customer and employee journey, which is so rare — and we do it across practically every vertical. Unlike other companies where you might go really deep on one workflow or piece of the enterprise, here you get to transform the whole thing, and that leads to some really great and inspiring experiences.
