DRUID Implements Advanced AI Virtual Assistant Solution for Dacia

DRUID and Dacia joined forces to successfully implement an intelligent Virtual Assistant, enhancing the digital infrastructure of Dacia’s dealer network and reinforcing their commitment to top-tier customer service through innovative technology.

London, 11 June 2024 - DRUID, a leading AI company specializing in conversational solutions, has successfully implemented an AI Virtual Assistant for Dacia Romania. This collaboration marks a significant milestone in the digitalization of Dacia’s dealer network, reinforcing its commitment to providing top-tier customer service through innovative technology.

The project’s core feature is an AI Virtual Assistant designed to understand and respond to user queries with human-like precision. By converting Romanian sentences from various document types (Word, PDF, Excel, etc.) into machine-friendly queries, the Virtual Assistant efficiently retrieves and delivers relevant information in natural language.

The solution includes a user-friendly web platform for defining and configuring the assistant. It features a proprietary natural language understanding module that recognizes user intents and entities and provides tools for creating, editing, and training the bot’s responses.

This innovative solution underscores Dacia's commitment to dealer network excellence through 2024-level digitalization. Simultaneously, DRUID proudly aligns its brand with Dacia, marking this project as one of its flagship initiatives of 2023.

We are immensely proud to collaborate with Dacia Romania and the Renault Group. This project not only highlights our technological capabilities but also our dedication to enhancing customer experiences through AI-driven solutions,” said Liviu Dragan, CEO of DRUID

Viorel Asaftei, Sales & Network Director South Eastern Europe at Dacia, added: “The implementation of Druid’s AI Virtual Assistant is a testament to our ongoing commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction. By integrating this advanced technology, we ensure that our dealer network remains at the forefront of digital transformation, providing unparalleled service to our clients.”
