The partnership will enable the deployment of an FAQ chatbot on the FAN Courier website, which will also be accessible through Facebook Messenger, as an additional channel for customer interaction. The AI virtual assistant will be available to customers in less than a month. In the second stage of the project, support will be extended to customers for the SelfAWB service, which will enable faster delivery, tracking parcels, importing and tracking multiple AWBs in complex cargo shipment scenarios.
